UNION CITY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT TRUCK/MOTORCYCLE SHOW

I know you receive appeals from many worthy groups – why is this one any different. The Union City Volunteer Fire Department is looking for support. You contribution would help us expand our resources and do a far more extensive job of protecting our communities.
All quality non – profit organizations need charitable resources to achieve their goal. We’ve accomplished a great deal, but so much more must be done. To continue our work, we need help from the people who care about the quality of life – people like you who could be willing to support us.
The purpose of this letter is that our organization will be holding a Truck/Motorcycle Show on July 26,2008. With us holding this event we will be able to bring funding into our organization. Your contributions with our fundraiser will allow us to continue helping the community with, fire protection to the people and their property and to continue educating the public with fire protection. We are looking for sponsoring, advertising, participation at the event, vendors, monetary donations, donated items.
Can we count on you to be part of this effort, and to assist us with our upcoming event? We would like to thank you for anything that you can do for us. I look forward in hearing from you in the next month on a possible contribution from your company/organization. If you have any questions or would like to participate please feel free to contact me. I will have an event flyer available. I will also have the truck, motorcycle and vendor registrations available.
