My Bio

I grew up on a dairy farm in Ohio. I met my future wife when I moved to Sarasota, FL in 1971. I worked for an auto mechanic and in 1979 we purchased our own place. I sold my half of the business in 1990 and started an auto air conditioning repair business (no employees) and my wife does the bookkeeping. Our family loved to go camping and riding our ATV's. During the summer we enjoyed watersports at a week-end place on a lake about an hour away. We have 2 children - son 26 and a daughter 21 (she was killed in a tragic accident in March 2007). Our life was turned upside down, but we are thankful God is walking with us on this difficult journey of grief.

My Interests and Hobbies

After I bought our 2001 Honda Shadow, our son got a 2006 Suzuki Katana 600. We have a good time riding together and with friends.

My wife and I really enjoy camping year-round with our friends.

My son and I have antique Oliver tractors (6) which we take to tractor pulls all over Florida.
