Viper Motorcycle Company (OTCC: VPWI.OB), a wholly owned subsidiary of Viper Powersports Inc., announced today its 2010 objectives. In an effort to further increase transparency for our shareholders and to publicly define our objectives, Viper wishes to confirm its milestones for the 2010 calendar year.

Viper’s 2010 objectives are; new product introductions, increased partner marketing activities, and substantial revenue growth.

John Silseth, Viper Powersports CEO and founder stated, “In 2009 Viper Motorcycle Company achieved 50 State EPA Certifications, development of a dealer base that represents some of the most successful, recognizable and capable dealers in the U.S, and successfully delivery of our Diamondback motorcycles into the marketplace. We see 2010 as potentially being an even more eventful breakout and transformative year.”

Viper has already started the year out with a Joint Venture with Ilmor Engineering and expects to launch the new Viper-Ilmor badged 152 cubic inch engine in the second quarter. In addition, the company also anticipates the roll-out of its Mamba Super Cruiser model in the 2nd quarter. The Mamba project is unlike anything brought to market thus far and Viper believes it will greatly expand and enhance the Viper line and reputation.

“We will continue to increase the brand visibility through cross-marketing activities with Ilmor Engineering Inc., as well as a 2010 co-promotion with a national racing organization, along with regional and dealer opportunities,” Silseth added.

According to Terry Nesbitt, President, Viper Motorcycle Company, “Dealer development is ongoing and we will continue to add key new dealers as our sales increase throughout 2010.    Our retail sell-thru is excellent in the 80% plus range and I fully expect that number to grow as demand for Viper products increase and we continue to develop the brand. Our wholesale backlog for the 2010 model year is completely booked.”

Viper Powersports designs, manufactures and markets a line of premium American V-Twin Super Cruiser motorcycles, V-Twin aftermarket engines and other related aftermarket products through an independent dealer network. Joint venture partner Ilmor Engineering (www.ilmor.com), provides technical developmental support for the proprietary 152 cubic inch Viper V-Twin engine, utilizing their 25 years of engine design expertise, ensuring Vipers' long term success as America's newest domestic OEM of motorcycles.
