Mr. Pfaff has over thirty-five years of practical, hands on field experience in machining, fabrication, and design with Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, in dealership employment as well as with Harley-Davidson Motor Company.

He is a top tier leader in engine and transmission design and development and possesses twenty five plus years of experience in fabrication.

Unlike most participants in the world of powertrain development, Posie is a high speed test rider and a published powertrain practitioner. His well rounded and extensive experience also includes Quality Control, Quality Audit Processes, and Assembly Line Balance.

"If you want a world class powertrain, you need world class talent to make it happen. Posie is a virtual 'complete team' of experience and capability. His rare talent set adds to our growing dream team of expert management at US Highland," commented Robert Harris, Chairman of US Highland.
