7eye, the premium sunwear brand with strong market positions in the motorcycle, optical, wintersports and fishing channels, announced that a new women’s model, the Briza, will be ready for dealer delivery in mid-March.
The Briza incorporates the next generation of 7eye’s flagship frame technology, AirLock2, which provides a complete seal protecting eyes from wind, glare and airborne irritants.
AirLock2 is more supple and comfortable than the first version of this all-weather, non-air-permeable seal.
“The Briza fills a significant gap in our line,” notes Jackson Hogen, 7eye’s VP of Marketing and R&D. “We’ve been working on this women-specific fit for a couple of years with the aim of optimizing style without sacrificing technical performance. We’ve pared down the construction of the AirLock2 seal and tucked it behind the frame and temples so it’s less noticeable. It’s the perfect union of style, protection and performance.”
The Briza comes in two frame colors, classy Glossy Black with silver accents and sassy Sunset Tortoise with gold highlights. Integrated nose pads and temple pads enhance grip, important for high-speed activities like motorcycling or skiing. For added versatility, the AirLock2 seal can be easily removed.
The Briza comes in 7eye’s standard variety of gray and copper NXT® lenses, including the color-enhancing ColorAmp ($169), light-sensitive Photochromic 24:7 ($199) and Polarized ($219). Even the first price-point PC lens, SharpView Copper ($139), is tapered, de-centered and treated with a scratch-resistant, waterproof Quarz™ hard coat on the outer lens and a durable anti-fog coating on the inner lens. All of NXT lenses are guaranteed for life against breakage.
