Harley-Davidson holiday rebate offers free GPS maps

A Harley-Davidson® Road Tech™ zumo GPS navigator is a great holiday gift idea for any Harley rider. Now a limited-time rebate offer makes Harley-Davidson Road Tech zumo models an even greater value. Customers who buy a Road Tech™ zumo 660 or 665 GPS Navigator between October 15, 2011 and December 31, 2011 will be eligible for a rebate on the cost of a North America Lifetime Map Update through Garmin®, a value of up to $90. Rebate forms and program details are available at authorized Harley-Davidson dealerships.

The Road Tech™ zumo 660 GPS Navigator (P/N 92115-09, $649.95) is waterproof, withstands vibration and has a glove-friendly, 4.3-inch touchscreen with a UV-resistant display that can be viewed in direct sunlight. It comes pre-loaded with City Navigator® NT street maps and points of interest such as H-D dealers, motels, restaurants, fuel, and ATMs, and offers turn-by-turn directions with voice prompts. An integrated SD card slot supports an MP3 player, audio book player, and picture viewer, while stereo Bluetooth A2DP Technology can be used to listen to music wirelessly, and to make hands-free calls. The Road Tech™ zumo 660 is compatible with H-D.com’s online Ride Planner as well. 

To the above features for the zumo 660, the Road Tech™ zumo 665 GPS Navigator (P/N 76000014, $799.95) adds SiriusXMTM Satellite Radio capability and an XM antenna. Add an optional subscription of SiriusXM NavWeather to access weather data and weather radar graphics from the map screen, while optional SiriusXM NavTraffic monitors traffic trouble spots and offers routes around them.

Either Road Tech™ zumo device can also be used as an in-car navigator. Each comes with a mounting cradle with integrated power cable, carrying case, dust cover for motorcycle mount, battery pack, charger, automotive suction cup mount and power cable, and a USB cable.
