Faithful to the winter position, Motor Bike Expo will be staged in the now usual location of Veronafiere.   Motor Bike Expo is the first big event in the region dedicated to motorbikes, and there are great expectations.

Recognized by now as a must of the sector, the show dedicated to the purest fans, will take place during a long weekend in which the attention of the whole sector will be focused exclusively on Verona.

The calendar is exciting: static exhibitions will be combined with races and demonstrations in the outdoor areas together with test-drives, award ceremonies, meeting with champions and personages and other initiatives in the sign of entertainment and leisure.

In order to host nearly 800 exhibitors, 7 halls of the fairground will be occupied, for a total area of 72.000 square metres and also 7 external areas dedicated to performances and test-drives for a total of nearly 35.000 square metres.  “The data regarding the presence of the companies are very positive” states Francesco Agnoletto the event patron “At the end of July the confirmed participations were double than those received on the same date in 2009”.

“During the last edition we reached almost 100.000 visitors” points out Francesco Agnoletto, who, together with Paola Somma, is also the event creator. “This is a remarkable achievement in particular taking into consideration the fact that it has been reached in just three days, including one working day, at the height of the winter period.

It is confirmed the successful formula, cheap and fast, really appreciated by exhibitors.

The appointment is considered as a must also by the public, who knows that it is possible to find the entire motorbike world in all its nuances, in a fairground extremely easy to reach and with wide and functional parking areas.

Verona is confirmed as the only Italian stage of the World Championship for custom motorbike builders, that will bring together 200 high-tech jewels from the entire continent (and beyond) and will host the most exclusive bike-show dedicated to special and custom motorbikes turned into real works of art.  

The custom world will be completely gathered in Verona: the usual parade of stars from all over the world will be in fact joined, thanks to an agreements with the Italian Federation of Customizer, by the entire national sector, a treasure trove of creativity and professionalism to which Verona will offer a worthy opportunity of exhibition. 

The world’s most important motorbikes producers, together with accessories and clothing producers, won’t miss this appointment and will exhibit the production models including the news for 2011; a wide sector will be dedicated to the motorbike travel, an activity that seems to be only touched by the crisis and that trigged beneficial effects on the economy of the affected areas.

Just Motor Bike Travel, the inedited area dedicated to on-two-wheels tourism, will be the major news: a big “square” as those that host the biker rallies, comfortable and welcoming, where the motorbike-tourists will meet the tourist offices, the Regions, the organizers, the media, the agencies and sport facilities. 

This represents an opportunity to know each other and to meet the sector proposal for the motorbike world, a great opportunity to plan the weekend and excursions just before the best season. 

Two initiatives: “Discovered with the motorbike” dedicated to tourists on two wheels, who, through internet, will propose pictures of unknown or particular places reached riding the motorbike, and “Bike Incoming” dedicated to the operators, who will present a package, an initiative or a project with the aim of providing incentives to the motorbike travel. For both initiatives, specialized judges will provide awards.
