Ohio Technical College (OTC) and its branch campus The PowerSport Institute (PSI) have selected a group of students to build a custom motorcycle live during the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show, Nov. 1-4, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nev.

The custom bike will be outfitted with a variety of aftermarket accessories and custom airbrushing to be completed by the college onsite in the OTC booth # 38111.  Stop by the booth throughout the week to see the bike come to life.

In their second year at the show, OTC and PSI will showcase their wide range of educational programs offered at the technical colleges.

PSI currently offers a 48-week American V-Twin Program which includes a 9-week custom bike building and performance class where students combine technical training with creativity and design elements like metal fabrication, welding and finish painting.  Students learn from scratch how to build a rolling chassis and frame, as well as learn how to add engine, drivetrain, transmission, wheel and suspension components and a variety of aftermarket performance parts.
