Zero Motorcycles, the company that brought the first American-made electric dirt bike to market, is out to set a world record by completing the first electric off road 24-hour endurance event.
The event will take place on April 4, starting at 10-:00 a.m. It will be staged in the heart of San Jose at an off road motorcycle park. The Zero Motorcycles’ 24 Hours of Electricross will be recognized as the world's first all-electric endurance off road event.
In the spirit of competition, anyone with a fully electric motorcycle, quad, or ATV is invited to participate.
Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers. All entrants will also be awarded prizes for their participation. However, the lasting and most valuable award is the opportunity to have your name in the record books.
There is no entry fee and drinks and snacks will be provided.
