Event Overview

This is a ride to benefit the family of Richmond County Sheriff's Office Motor Officer Deputy J.D. Paugh. J.D. was murdered on I-520 while investigating a car that appeared to have run off the road. As he pulled over on his motor to help the suspect opened fire on J.D. with an M-4 assault rifle. When it was over J.D. had been shot 9 times. The suspect had been shot once by J.D. and took his own life. J.D. had no warning and never put ghis kick stand down. He was also off duty as he was on his way home when this happened. We are in the planning phase of this ride and more info will be available in the coming weeks. Please mark this one on your calender! Our goal is 400 bikes and the ride is open to cages of all types as well. Wild Wings Cafe on Washington Rd. Augusta (1 block off I-20) is the main sponsor. It will be an all day affair with bands, raffles and auctions. Come join us for a day of fun as we celebrate JD's life
