Event Overview
Good Day Everyone,
I wanted to give you a heads up on the Coolest Motorcycle Rally / Expo coming to Van Wert, Ohio (Fairgrounds) June 14th-17th 2012. We completed our First Show in Houston Texas Back in May 2011, with an attendance of 17,325 with over 200 motorcycle related vendors including custom builders and dealerships.
CJ Van Wart, Owner of the South Texas Biker Jam and Expo and Rally in the Corn / Ohio has decided to do a Rally / Expo in Ohio! CJ is a direct-descendant to Isaac Van Wert in which the town was named after. The Van Wert Fair-board Committee and the Van Wert Convention and Visitors Bureau have welcomed him with open arms for this 4 day extravaganza. Please read more about CJ @ WWW.RallyintheCorn.com
We will be bringing in Manufacturers, Dealerships, Exhibitors (Vendors) of all kinds!
Included in our entertainment, we will be bringing in a Motorcycle Stunt team from Dallas (7th Letter).
We will also have a world-record Jump that will be performed by Henry ”Pitbull” Rife (as seen on the David Letterman)
We will be Bringing in 2 Headliner bands and 2 Local bands that will be performing all kinds of Hot-Smokin Music included with Biker Games, Plenty of Good food, Beer tents that will be spread out of 90 acres, and Much, Much More! We will also have Motorcycle service companies that will be doing oil changes, tire changes, custom airbrushing and installs of many kinds on our Pit-Row inside a ½ mile track.
Free Tent-camping and we have enough room for 1200 RV’s!
This is also a 21+ Crowd, but will be open to all ages on Sunday the 17th of June for family day!
Exhibitor Space Pricing is as follows:
*****Indoor Space in 1 of our 2 Buildings (Building layouts will be provided upon request)
8 x 10 for $ 300.00 for all 4 days including drapery and 110v Electric. Add’l 8 x 10 for $ 150.00
20 x 20 islands will be $ 750.00 with electric.
*****Outdoor Exhibitor Space or Food Vendor:
10 x 10 For $ 300.00 for all 4 days, and each add’l 10 x 10 will be $ 125.00 ( Must bring your own display including chairs and table)
20 x 20 space will be $750.00
If you are interested in space on our Pit-row (within the confines of the ½ mile track, please contact me for pricing)
******Banner Ad’s
We can hang your 3 x 8 company banner on the fence-line within the confines of the rally for $ 150.00 for all 4 days. Should you wish to have us make a 3 x 8 for you-the price will be $ 175.00 for all 4 days. (have a larger banner, please contact me for pricing).
******Promotional Items and Goodie Bags:
We welcome these items to pass out to all of our attendees (please contact me with further instruction should you wish to donate).
