How to Enter:

Digital Bike Show entries will be accepted through midnight MST on September 30, 2009. Any entries received after this time will be rejected. Cycle Matters is not responsible for entries lost in transfer or otherwise delayed due to technology issues and connectivity outages.

Email a single, high-quality photo of your bike to bikeshow@cyclematters.com.
- Include your name, e-mail address, home town, and a brief description of your bike (year, make, model, customizations, etc.)
- Photos must be of the bike only. No people or pets, please.
- Photos must be of YOUR bike, not someone else's bike.
- Photos must be at least 600 pixels wide, but no larger than 1MB, please.
We'll confirm (or reject) your entry by email within 2 business days. If you don't hear from us within that period of time, please email us to confirm receipt of your photo.
By submitting your photo and information, you give Cycle Matters and 7eye a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to publish such information on any web sites and in digital and printed promotional materials and to add you to their respective eNewsletters (you can easily cancel your subscriptions after the first mailings).

How to Vote:

When voting starts on October 1, 2009, we'll email you with details on how to vote, how to encourage your friends to vote and how to track your photo's standings in the Bike Show.
We will also promote Bike Show voting on the Cycle Matters home page, the Cycle Matters Facebook Fan Page and the Cycle Matters eNewsletter.
Voting will be open until midnight MST on October 31, 2009.

Other Rules:

Winners will be announced (and prizes awarded) on November 2, 2009. Winners will be contacted by email. Any winner who does not respond to this notification within 30 days will forfeit his/her prize(s).
In the case of a tie or technical anomaly, Cycle Matters will choose the winner at its sole discretion.
This is a simple online voting program for entertainment purposes only. Under no circumstances will Cycle Matters or its affiliates be held liable for any omission, mistake, embarrassing comment, technical failure, or other action that pertains to the Bike Show.
